I liked Melissa and Alex from the moment I read the first line of the first email they sent to me. They were courteous, generous, and really friendly. After our first consultation in March, I knew they were these things AND also found out they also had a fantastic sense of humour. Now, months later, having spend their whole wedding day with them, I can also say that in addition to these great qualities, they also have very loving family and friends. While their wedding was a celebration of the start of their life together, I love that these high school sweethearts brought me back to their high school so that we could take some photos where it all began. Thankfully, the rain held off long enough for us to use the amazing clouds as a backdrop for our portraits.
Together with the fabulous Jai Crouch of Splash Events, they pulled together a sparkly, romantic, glamourous wedding and I am honoured to have been asked to capture it all.
